Every box begins with fresh butter, pure sugar, a hint of corn syrup for that glossy snap, and a generous finish of rich chocolate and toasted pecans. No shortcuts, no preservatives—just classic, crave‑worthy toffee crafted with care.

Our toffee is cooked in small kettles, poured by hand, and finished piece‑by‑piece. That’s how we control the texture (crisp, not brittle), the chocolate layer (silky and even), and the nutty finish (toasted and aromatic). It’s slow on purpose—because flavor takes time.

Donna’s full‑time craft is designing large‑scale interiors—think apartment communities and corporate offices—where every decision has to balance beauty, durability, and how people actually live and work. That same philosophy shaped our toffee. For over 20 years, she’s refined this recipe at holidays and family gatherings, dialing in the color of the caramel, the sheen of the chocolate, and the final sprinkle of nuts. Her designer’s eye shows up in everything—from our clean, classic packaging to the precise finish of each batch.

What Donna cares about: consistent caramelization, tidy edges, quality chocolate, and making treats people insist on sharing (and then hiding for themselves).

Anthony’s career shaped him to think in systems—planning, logistics, and accountability—skills he now pours into Simply Toffee. After years in election administration, he leaned fully into entrepreneurship: forming Saadnation LLC, standing up production and quality SOPs, navigating inspections and registrations, and building our online store and customer journey from the ground up. His focus: dependable operations, transparent labeling, and a smooth experience from checkout to first bite.
