What is Simply Toffee?
Small‑batch, hand‑poured toffee finished with rich chocolate and toasted pecans. Made in Ohio by Saadnation LLC dba Simply Toffee.
What are the ingredients and allergens?
Butter, sugar, light corn syrup, water, semisweet chocolate, pecans. Contains: MILK, TREE NUTS (PECANS). Chocolate may contain soy lecithin. No gluten ingredients; produced in a shared commercial kitchen (not certified gluten‑free).
How should I store it? What’s the shelf life?
Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight. For best texture, enjoy within 4–6 weeks. You can refrigerate for up to 60 days or freeze for up to 6 months—keep it airtight, and let it come to room temperature in its packaging before serving to prevent condensation. (Warm conditions can soften chocolate.)
Do you ship in warm weather?
Yes—see Warm‑Weather Shipping below. We ship Mon–Wed, may use insulation/ice packs, and recommend prompt receipt on delivery day.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Wed). You’ll receive a tracking email when a label is created.
How much is shipping?
Real‑time carrier rates are shown at checkout. We currently charge shipping at cost.
Do you offer free shipping thresholds?
From time to time, yes—watch the banner or sign up for email.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes. Add your message in the cart note; we’ll include a printed gift slip without prices.
Can I send to multiple addresses?
For multiple recipients, place separate orders per address. For 10+ addresses, email hello@simplytoffee.com and we’ll share a bulk template.
Do you do corporate/bulk orders?
Yes—email hello@simplytoffee.com with quantity, in‑hands date, or any specific shipping needs.
Do you wholesale?
We review wholesale requests. Please include your resale certificate and store details.
My order arrived melted/damaged. What should I do?
Email hello@simplytoffee.com within 7 days with photos of the outer box/label, inner packaging, and product. We’ll replace or refund per our Refund & Returns Policy.
Can I return food products?
No—food is perishable, so we don’t accept returns. We stand behind quality; contact us if there’s an issue.
Where is the toffee made?
Produced in Youngstown, Ohio in a licensed commercial kitchen.
Is it kosher/halal/vegan?
Currently not certified kosher or halal. Not vegan (butter and milk chocolate).
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If you don’t see it, check spam or email hello@simplytoffee.com.

Warm‑Weather Shipping
Toffee + heat don’t mix. To help your box arrive beautiful, we:

Ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend holds.

Use insulation and/or ice packs when origin/destination temps are high. A $5 warm-weather handling charge is applied, when applicable.

May hold an order briefly if a heat wave makes transit risky. We’ll email you if so.
Your part

Track and bring inside promptly on delivery day (do not leave in mailbox or car).

If warm on arrival, let it rest at room temp before opening; chilled chocolate may bloom.
Limits & remedies

If a parcel sits outside or in a mailbox beyond delivery day, we may not be able to replace for melting.
