Refund & Returns Policy — Simply Toffee
Short version: Because our products are perishable food, we don’t accept returns. If there’s any issue with your order, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund—just email us within 7 days of delivery.
How to get help
Email hello@simplytoffee.com with your order #, a brief description, and photos (outer box + shipping label, inner packaging, and the product). We reply within 1–2 business days.
Damages, wrong, or missing items

Damaged/Melted/Wrong item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund at our discretion.

Missing items: We’ll reship or refund the missing item.
Perishable items (no returns)
We can’t accept returns of food items. Please don’t ship products back to us without written approval. If a return is needed for any reason, we’ll issue a prepaid label and written instructions first.
Heat & warm-weather shipping
We ship Mon–Wed and may use insulation/ice packs in warm months. Please bring packages inside promptly on delivery day. If an order sits outdoors or in a mailbox beyond delivery day, we may not be able to replace melted items.
Order changes & cancellations
You can cancel or modify an order before it’s fulfilled. Once the carrier has the package, we can’t change it.
Address issues & undeliverable packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to incorrect/insufficient address, refusal, or unclaimed, we’ll offer reshipment at cost to a corrected address or a refund minus shipping once received (food will be discarded and not re-sent).

Refunds (how they’re processed)
If we approve a refund, we’ll issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card may need additional time to post it. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, please email hello@simplytoffee.com.
